1. Shipping Regions and Restrictions
(1) We currently ship to the following countries:

European Union (EU): Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary
(2) Deliveries to international destinations (e.g., United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada) are currently deactivated in our online shop. If you are interested, please contact us at:

(3) We do not ship to German or foreign islands.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

3. Shipping Provider and Tracking
(1) All shipments are handled by DHL.
(2) After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, if available.
(3) If you have not received tracking information, please contact us at alancommerce@outlook.com.
4. Customs, Taxes, and Import Fees for International Orders
(1) For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional charges (e.g., customs, taxes) may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
(2) If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs duties, we reserve the right to deduct the return costs from the refund amount.
5. Refused Deliveries and Returns
(1) If a shipment cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect or the package was not collected, the customer bears the cost of redelivery.
(2) If a customer refuses delivery, and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct return and handling fees from the refund.

6. Delays & Force Majeure
(1) In rare cases, delivery times may be extended due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemic-related restrictions.
(2) In the event of significant delays (e.g., more than 30 days), we will proactively contact you and find an individual solution.
